Mini Sessions Agreement
Terms and Conditions for Mini Photography Sessions
By booking a mini photography session with The Couleur of Style, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Mini session bookings are non-refundable.
2. Session Details
Mini sessions are 20 minutes in length and include 10 professionally edited digital images. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without additional time or refund.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice for within 6 months of original date. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session and fee.
4. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 48hrs of the session. RAW or unedited images are not provided.
5. Usage Rights
Clients receive personal-use rights to final images. The Couleur of Style retains the copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, and social media promotional purposes unless a written request is made to opt out.
6. Model Release
By booking, you grant The Couleur of Style permission to use any images from your session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including social media and website display. If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify us in writing prior to the session.
7. Children & Family Sessions
Children must be supervised at all times. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure children are cooperative and safe during the session.
8. Weather & Liability
In case of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled. The Couleur of Style is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or loss incurred before, during, or after the session.
9. Editing, AI Use, and Image Alteration
Clients may not alter, heavily edit, or apply filters to the final images. Additionally, the use of any images for artificial intelligence (AI) training, image generation, manipulation, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Couleur of Style.
